Description
This is one of a series of three photos I took as a thunderstorm rolled though one evening. The storm was low on the horizon and the stars were visible above.
I had hoped to catch some lightning bolt strikes but was instead treated to several cloud bursts.
Each exposure was 30 seconds in length and I had to take many in order to catch these three. Soon after the sky filled to the point where the stars were no longer visible and I packed it in for the night before a heavy storm rolled in soaking the area.
